Login into the system then enter the Setup section in the Table of Contents. Select the System Maintenance selection then Backup System. You will need to enter something into the Comment: dialogue box then press the Full Backup button. After it's finished, we recommend you make a copy of the saved database by selecting the "get" hyperlink & saving to another medium (desktop, thumb-drive, CD etc.)
