Dedicated Micros
Dedicated Micros is the leading manufacturer of Digital Video Recorders (DVR). These devices record video images to a hard drive. These images can be viewed from an attached monitor at the unit or remotely over your local area network.
The DVR units are designed to record analog cameras. The analog video signal is converted to a digital file through MPEG-4 or JPEG compression technology and archived on the hard drive. The DVR has replaced the traditional time lapse recorders and video multiplexer systems of the past.
Digital Sprite 2
The Digital Sprite 2 is Dedicated Micros Professional Series digital Video recorder. This unit is designed to record up to 4, 9, or 16 cameras with hard drive storage up to 1.5TB depending on the particular model. Video can be archived to DVD, external SCSI device, or over the Local Area Network. This unit allows simultaneous recording, viewing, and playback. This unit allows for recording and control of both fixed and pan tilt zoom cameras. Recording can be based on motion or event activation conserving on the hard drive space. This system allows for high quality recording (up to 4CIF - 480 lines of resolution). This unit allows for MultiMode recording; switching between MPEG-4 and JPEG recording based on system settings. Up to 16 Digital Sprite 2 units can be interconnected. The Digital Sprite 2 can integrate with the S2 Security access control system.
EcoSense
The EcoSense DVR is Dedicated Micros full featured cost effective digital video recorder. This unit is designed to record up to 4, 8, or 16 cameras with hard drive storage ranging from 250GB to 1TB depending on the particular model. Video can be archived to DVD, USB Storage Devices, or over the Local Area Network. This unit allow for recording, viewing, and control of both fixed and pan tilt zoom cameras. Recording can be based on motion or event activation conserving on the hard drive space. This system allows for high quality recording (up to 4CIF - 480 lines of resolution) and viewing via MPEG-4 or JPEG compression technologies. The EcoSense DVR can be NetVu connected allowing remote viewing of the system over your local network or via the Internet.
